The recipe I got seems really easy..
- Mix digestive crumbs, melted butter, & sugar in a bowl
- Mix cream cheese, eggs, & sugar in another bowl.
- Lay the first mixture on the bottom, then pour the second mixture on top of it and bake 15mins.
- Cook the blueberries and pour onto the layers, refrigerate it overnight!
Super easy kan?! But it turns out, the bottom are too thick and sweet, cheese not enough, blueberries too watery...
